Are fence slats difficult to install?

Privacy Slats are not difficult to install, but can be time consuming. Heights over 5’ will probably require a ladder for installation. We have installation videos under product document for your review.

What type of privacy do fence slats provide?

Top locking and Fence Weave gives you about 70% privacy. Winged and HedgeLink about 90% privacy.

What size mesh will the slats work for?

Fence slats are used for 2’ diamond mesh only. They will not work properly in light weight 2 ¼” and 2 3/8” residential galvanized chain Link fence.

Will I have a problem with wind damaging my fence?

Wind resistance is between 70 and 90 percent. Slats should be used on heavy residential or light commercial products only.

What colors are available?

Winged and bottom locking slats are available in 5 colors. Custom colors are available for schools, Ball fields or businesses for a minimum order amount and set up fees.Ask About our corporate identity program.

Will the slats fade from the sun over time?

Our products come with UV inhibiters for protections against fading colors from ultraviolet lighting produced by the sun.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Our fence slats products come with a 25 year manufactures warranty. You can find that information on the product information sheet in the product documents section on the site.
